They’re responsible for taking incoming phone calls with occasional outgoing phone calls as needed. From there, they ensure our customers are provided with the information, services and solutions they need to complete the job.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate to join our Customer Support team is

  • Computer literate (typing speed of 50 wpm)
  • Great communication skills
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable of the Twin Cities Metro area
